Target Sales Specialists will be responsible for efficiently and effectively working within company provided territories; home shows; events and in retailers to procure home improvement appointments within a defined market. Responsible for educating customers on the qualifications and requirements using Thompson Creek scripts and methodology to qualify appointments generated for the sales department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Generates leads each month to meet gross sales goals.
- Memorizing and reciting scripted methodology or statements prepared by TC.
- Approach and present to customers in their homes, public events, or in a retail store.
- Demonstrate knowledge of home improvement products with the ability to persuade.
- Answering questions about home improvement products.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Tracking and reporting personal daily/weekly results using iPad and other technology.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and ethics.
- Other Duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education & Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Prior sales experience preferred; any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to use tablet applications. Proficiency in iPad and application technology.
- Licenses/Certifications – Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate permits and certifications depending on territory.

Pay: $18/hr with bonus potential of up to 75% of your annual salary
