The Target Sales Supervisor is responsible for serving customers by planning and executing field marketing strategies and operations, improving systems and processes, and managing staff within an assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Generates leads each month to meet gross sales goals defined in the Thompson Creek Target Sales Budget.
- Drives marketing and brand recognition in local communities delivering marketing material as well as setting appointments direct to homeowners via canvassing; home shows; and retail partners.
- May help transport show and event materials in company issued vehicle and assist in management of vehicle’s maintenance.
- Manages use of tracking software/application(s) and intake form and works each territory according to marketing guidelines.
- Must provide on-going training in-field and classroom and demonstrate clear comprehension of Target Sales Methodology.
- Reports daily results to manager to effectively evaluate team efficiency.
- Enforces and manages staff schedules; reviews daily timekeeping; and submits payroll hours with accuracy.
- Lead daily team huddle and end of day meetings to prep team on community info; geography; and executing drive routes.
- Drives team vehicle daily with pick up and drop offs maintained.
- Manages van cleanliness and team culture.
- Other Duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education & Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year of relevant experience in a sales environment. At least 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience preferred; and any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Licenses/Certifications – Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate permits and certifications depending on territory. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
The responsibilities of this position are performed primarily outdoors or hybrid field/office environment. Individuals in this will be required to work outdoors in varying weather and light conditions.

Pay: $44,000-$55,000 annually with bonus potential of up to 75% of your annual salary
