The team promotes and protects the best interests of the DTCC family of companies by creating and facilitating solutions and providing guidance on legal and regulatory matters.Pay and Benefits : Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentiveComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on locationPaid Time Off and Personal / Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.DTCC offers a flexible / hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day unique to each team or employee).The Impact you will have in this role : Being a member of the DTCC Regulatory Relations Department, the candidate will be supporting the team that handles regulatory matters for DTCC's regulated entities, including its global trade repository subsidiaries.Your Primary Responsibilities : Serve as DTCC's primary interface with regulators, globallyAssist in processing regulatory requests for information by gathering information from personnel at all levels from various departments across DTCC.Review responses for timeliness and responsiveness, track follow-up items, and facilitate the submission of responsive information to regulatorsCoordinate all aspects of physical onsite examinations including the coordination of meetings, and the review and submission of documentation to regulatorsFacilitate meetings with regulatory agencies and management, including preparing key messages to present when working with regulators.Produce summaries, reports, and other written work products for internal dissemination.Contribute to internal management reporting with respect to examinations, meetings, and other ad-hoc requests, as necessaryMitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.Generally assist the DTCC Regulatory Relations leadership team, as necessaryQualifications : Minimum of 5 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceGiven the global nature of this role, the position will require occasional work outside of standard U.S. business hours.The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
