Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate – Seattle, WA
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Seattle office. This position offers a unique opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation skills to defend employers in high-stakes employment disputes while also providing day-to-day workplace legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent employers in litigation matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour disputes
- Draft discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy
- Provide strategic advice on workplace policies and employment law compliance
- Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and risk mitigation plans
