Job Summary
Nxt Level seeks a skilled Legal Assistant to join our litigation team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support to litigation attorneys, including preparing and editing legal documents, coordinating schedules, and managing discovery materials.
- Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, including briefs, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation materials
- Coordinate attorney schedules, including court appearances, client meetings, depositions, and filing deadlines
- Familiarity with document management systems and legal e-filing systems for state and federal courts
- Organize, review, and manage discovery materials and evidence
To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional organizational and time-management skills, a high level of accuracy, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
