Our client is a boutique commercial litigation firm focused on business disputes, corporate and contracts, employment counseling and litigation, and general civil litigation. We are looking for a Senior Associate and / or a Junior Partner that's hungry to grow their career.
What are the responsibilities?
- Own all phases of a diverse portfolio of civil cases.
- Be client facing and work with an entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude.
- Managing or being a part of a litigation team consisting of junior associates, paralegals, and supervising attorneys.
- Handling all phases of litigation from investigation to trial and appeal, including delegating responsibilities to and accepting responsibilities from other members of the team.
