Responsibilities :
- Audit and invoice for transportation and accessorial services
- Issue and send invoices to customers
- Understand and interpret client and agent contracts and rate schedules as needed
- Analyze, distribute and process revenue
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and client
- Upload customer invoices into web portal or database
- Communicate with operations and accounting staff regarding billing issues
