Company Description
NY Automotive Experience Center - New York Auto Museum is a proposed 200,000 square-foot Manhattan location that intends to offer a modern automotive museum experience. With a plan for a massive rooftop patio and partial glassed floors, visitors will be able to see above and beneath many of the vehicles on display.
The museum is designed to change perceptions of automotive museums and allows guests to sit in up to 100 different historical vehicles at any given time.
Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Entertainment Lawyer at NY Automotive Experience Center - New York Auto Museum. The Entertainment Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to entertainment contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal advice on entertainment-related issues. This role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Legal knowledge in entertainment law and contract law
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating entertainment contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience working with entertainment clients is a plus
- Knowledge of intellectual property law is a bonus
