Human Resource Manager
Compensation: $75K-$95K per year
Employment Type: Monday-Friday, Full Time, In person.

The Human Resource Manager handle a broad range of HR-related responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while contributing to the overall success of the organization
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure proper preparation and documentation of all new hires.
- Help coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities in HR platforms.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documents.
- Assist new employees in completing required paperwork.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
- Collaborate with training to conduct new hire orientation.
- Conduct check-ins with all new hires, week and monthly up to 6 months to collect data and identify areas of improvement and share with the HR Manager.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information and benefits enrollment in HR platforms.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications.
- Help with HR data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with the Department Managers on all terminations including exit interviews and distributing termination letters.
- Provide basic assistance in resolving employee inquiries and issues.
- Escalate complex employee concerns to senior HR staff for resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Assist in ensuring HR processes and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to HR reporting by gathering and organizing data for analysis.
- Help in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach
- Bachelor's degree of higher education in Human Recourses
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
