TOUR ASSOCIATE

DEPARTMENT: Stadium Tours

REPORTS TO: Director, Stadium Tours

JOB STATUS: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Description:

In addition to conducting Stadium tours on both game days and non-game days, this position will assist the Stadium Tours department with operational and administrative support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Yankee Stadium tour operations for public, private, and group tours
• Ensure adequate preparation of tour guides for daily operations regarding tour routes, timing, coverage, and real-time adjustments
• Serve as on-site point-of-contact for guest entry, ticket scanning, and customer service issues
• Conduct Stadium Tours as needed for public, private and special event tours
• Other projects assigned by the Director of Stadium Tours

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work home games during the baseball season, evenings, weekends and select holidays
• Ability to work in an outside stadium environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

The hourly rate for this role is $22/hour. This role would run from March 1st – end of season.
