The IT Department is seeking to hire a Senior IT Architect to serve as a Mainframe Developer.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate: - Extensive experience with COBOL - Experience with Natural programming - Experience with ADABAS database systems - Experience with JCL - Experience with FTP - Experience with WebMethods or other mainframe integration systems - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with administrative tribunals. - History of volunteerism, such as service in the AmeriCorps or Peace Corps, is viewed favorably.

Job Description
The IT Department is seeking to hire a Senior IT Architect to serve as a Mainframe Developer.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Creation and revision of code for mainframe system
- Oversight of ADABAS instances
- Work with the Operations Unit, regarding the management of input and output, and quality control activities to ensure proper daily function
- Act as a liaison between other city agencies and OATH in development projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position; or
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
