- Supervise and train Stock workers; responsible for reviewing staff time and attendance.
- Responsible for the maintenance of storehouse structures and equipment, the introduction of more efficient procedures, methods and equipment, and the receipt, storage, care, distribution,
- Meet with subordinate supervisors or section heads to discuss problems relating to effective storage.
- Perform field work by visiting, inspecting, instructing and advising storeroom personnel at various locations on the storage, distribution, inventory control of materials, supplies and equipment.
- Analyze records and prepare reports; make recommendations and supervise the preparation of data for budget estimates for supplies, materials and equipment.
- Coordinate all store procedures and activities internally; conduct and participate in training of subordinates.
- Conduct general inspections and spot checks maintenance of inventories and other storeroom activities.
- Provide coverage for absentee Stock workers.
- Conduces Cycle Counts.
- May be required to perform duties at any field storeroom locations.
- Work in Maximo.
- Note: This position requires a valid driver’s license; and travel throughout the five boroughs.

- Two years of full-time satisfactory experience in storekeeping work; at least one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management. 2. Experience with Maximo and Oracle. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational, analytical and administrative abilities. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel.
