Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional food service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a commitment to food safety, and a strong focus on customer service.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen operations for events, including banquets.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Provide excellent hospitality to guests by responding promptly to their needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
