Job Description
This position is limited to working evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is a 40-hour-per-workweek position that requires high-level comprehension abilities, computer knowledge, and proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Under the direct supervision, of the Resident Building Supervisor or other Housing Authority personnel, selected candidates will work in conjunction with the Resident Building Supervisor to assist with dispatching Heating Management Services Department Roving Teams and documenting all communications with staff.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Document staff attendance.
2. Dispatch staff to various boiler room, apartment, and tank room locations.
3. Monitor email communications and respond when necessary.
4. Monitor various dashboards to review heating data (BMS, CHAS, etc)
5. Maintain accurate record keeping.
6. Answer phones and record all pertinent information related to the call.
7. Communicate with residents regarding service-related complaints.
8. Track Field staff whereabouts with the use of the Geo-Tab application.
9. Escalate all emergencies to the covering supervisor.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.
11. Monitor staff locations.

Minimum Qualifications
1. No formal education or experience is required. The ability to understand and carry out simple instructions is required. Minimal reading, writing and oral communication skills are required for assignment to control center.
