Our company runs multiple Shopify stores and operates across aesthetics, plastic surgery, skincare, and wellness verticals. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who lives and breathes influencer marketing, UGC content, and high-performance digital strategy.
What You’ll Do
Influencer & UGC Management
- Identify, vet, and recruit micro and macro influencers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
- Manage UGC creator outreach across platforms (TikTok Creator Marketplace, influencer databases, etc.)
- Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and compensation with influencers
- Track content deadlines, deliverables, and usage rights
- Build and maintain an influencer CRM
- Monitor influencer performance and ROI
Shopify & E-Commerce Operations
- Oversee daily Shopify store operations, including product uploads, content updates, and banner updates
- Collaborate with design and product teams to launch and optimize landing pages
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, bounce rate, and funnel performance
- Launch and test promotional campaigns, bundles, and discount strategies
- Track product trends and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams
Content & Campaign Execution
- Develop and manage paid social content pipelines for TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with in-house and freelance creators to produce high-performing UGC and branded content
- Brief editors with performance-driven creative scripts and content ideas
- Utilize viral trends to develop ad-ready content strategies
- Manage ad creative testing and implement performance feedback loops
Analytics & Growth
- Analyze performance metrics across channels, including CTR, CPA, CPM, and conversion rates
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads dashboards
- Suggest and execute A/B tests for ads, email flows, product pages, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the paid media team to align creatives with targeting strategies
Email, SMS & Retargeting Campaigns
- Oversee email and SMS campaign calendars (Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript)
- Segment audiences and build customer journeys that drive revenue
- Manage retargeting content and creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Display Networks
Brand & Market Strategy
- Stay informed on aesthetic, beauty, and wellness trends to maintain cultural relevance
- Work with the CEO and brand team to refine brand tone, positioning, and growth strategies
- Manage reputation and community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, etc.)
- Propose ideas for brand campaigns, giveaways, product launches, and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, influencer marketing, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Strong understanding of Shopify and performance tracking tools
- Proven success working with influencers, creators, and UGC content
- Experience managing paid creative pipelines for Meta and TikTok Ads
- Strong copywriting, creative briefing, and marketing strategy skills
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
- Familiarity with beauty, skincare, plastic surgery, or wellness industries is a strong plus
- Experience with platforms like Airtable, Notion, Later, or CreatorIQ is a bonus
- Must be results-driven, data-obsessed, and trend-savvy
