What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Compliance Analyst (Hybrid) position at Nycm?
The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for oversight of plans and projects set forth by management. The IT Compliance Analyst uses knowledge of current frameworks, regulations, and NYCM business processes to complete clear and concise documentation and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead technical role in our corporate GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) application
- Monitor systems and processes to detect and prevent violations of NYCM policies, procedures, and guidelines with a strong focus on the NYCM Change Control process
- Perform research, identify compliance issues and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Identify, collect and analyze technical information relevant to the quality and significance of a specific review, audit or other regulatory issues
- Assist management with coordination of compliance programs, policies and procedures
- Conduct training in all organizational levels of key compliance areas and advise on training updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other NYCM business units to review, audit, monitor and enforce regulatory requirements
- Point of contact with auditors and regulators information requests and issue management / escalation
- Assist vendor risk management
- Prepare documentation and reports for management as appropriate
- Assist in providing guidance and support to the IT Compliance Coordinator and IT Compliance support roles
