Responsibilities
- Execute Lean Six Sigma projects including leading individuals and cross functional teams using DMAIC methodology.
- Provide leadership and coaching in Lean Six Sigma principals to staff of all levels.
- No reports but will be responsible for influencing people and bringing them on board with changes.
- Present educational sessions to train staff.
Experience
- 8 years of experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement or related
- 2 years of Black Belt experience
- 4 year degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
- Project management experience working in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office abilities
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or ability to earn certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
