Job Goal:
Under direction, the purpose of the position is to assist the WBL program through the completion of various projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
Reliable Transportation
Grade 11 or 12 High School Student
Knowledge:
Ability to arrive to work on time
Ability to work with the public of all ages
Ability to work as a team
Ability to take instruction from site supervisors
Ability to read and follow verbal and written directions
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
Ability and willingness to comply with all district policies and procedures regarding appropriate access to and use of district computer systems
Working Conditions:
Office setting with controlled temperature, some outdoor work associated with specific tasks.

Selection Procedure:
The hiring supervisor will interview qualified candidates. After files have been reviewed and interviews have been conducted, the WBL Liaison, prior to submission of the rationale for employment, may consult with the Human Resources Director concerning the individual to be recommended for employment. This recommendation will be reviewed and approved by the Superintendent/designee.
