Candidates should have front-line deal-making experience and the ability to handle sophisticated transactions and manage clients. Opportunities to run large, complex transactions while working in a collaborative firm environment are available, with support in all aspects of practice (administrative, paralegals, associates, and other senior lawyers). Candidates should have prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracting, and general corporate matters, and should possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage a workload. Candidates must be eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam. Fully-remote positions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the candidate has existing connections to the Midwest.
