What the role is :
You will partner one or more business unit(s) assigned to drive the people agenda to achieve business objectives and deliverables, taking in the local context and considerations.
What you will be working on :
Specifically, the roles would include, but are not limited to :
Talent Acquisition :
- Drive the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees, taking into account the business unit’s hiring needs and manpower planning forecast.

Employee Relations :
What we are looking for :
At least 5 years of proven experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role that covers the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition & recruitment, compensation, performance management, manpower planning, and stakeholder management. Candidates from the Public Service and / or with IHRP certification would be an added advantage.
