Hours
- Monday - Friday 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- Interacts with all patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Room patients and assess applicable vital signs including, but not limited to height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse
- Ensure seamless coordination of care by scheduling patient appointments and collaborating with providers using multiple computer systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and telesuite by managing patient paperwork, office supplies, and other amenities
- Handle patient concerns and crises with empathy and patience and collaborate with site leadership to resolve as needed
- Collaborate with clinical staff regarding patient care issues and scheduling
- Participate in front office tasks such as checking in patients for appointments, collecting payments, answer inbound and make outbound phone calls, electronic filing, scanning, faxing, mailing
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health preferred
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in technology and computer use including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage stress while navigating difficult situations and escalated patient interactions
- Keep all business information strictly confidential
