At Nystrom & Associates, the Training Events Coordinator is responsible for collaborating to plan, coordinate, and execute training events aimed at improving mental health knowledge for professionals. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with a passion for mental health and a talent for bringing people together to create meaningful learning experiences. This role involves working with internal and external trainers, managing the scheduling & logistics, while ensuring events meet company values, objectives, budget limits, and high standards of quality. This role is involved with the full run of each training event from planning through implementation through all follow-up tracking. The manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, evidence-based training sessions. Manage the Annual Training Event Calendar Collaborate to develop a list of current, relevant CEU topics. Research and recruit speakers for these topics (internal speakers, external presenters, stored recordings) Manage contracts and logistics for presenters (travel / hotel)Work with internal presenters to coordinate training events Responsible for getting Board CEU approvals for training events. Partner with the Marketing Department to ensure effective promotion of events through platforms like Facebook, Linked-in, Website, email blasts, and other advertising assuring marketing plan is followed as determinedEvents placed on Eventbrite- entry & tracking Manages logistics for space, food, beverages, etc. (such as : facility set-up, moderators, IT support, facility clean-up) Provides / assures moderation for clinical trainings as needed Regularly update and manage relevant content on the departments SharePoint pages to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Ensure proper storage and tracking of data from training events (material, attendance records, course approval numbers, certificates) Work with applicable training data in the Learning Management System (LMS) when implemented. Participate in ongoing coordination meetings as assigned to ensure alignment and progress across training initiatives. Miscellaneous Assist with special projects within the Training & Development Department Attend all meetings as requested. All other duties assigned Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Maybe an occasional Saturday) Location : Based out of Arden Hills Training Facility with hybrid work from home flexibility.
