Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the performance of second and third shifts.
- Coordinate with production scheduler to meet production requirements.
- Notify management of any production issues.
- Monitor progress with PST's and material handlers.
- Report equipment problems to Maintenance Manager.
- Manage PTM's on second and third shifts.
- Conduct employee reviews as directed.
- Work with HR Manager to handle staffing and disciplinary actions.
- Participate in plant meetings as required.
Requirements:
