O Bee Credit Union is looking for an Contact Center Representative I/II to work at our Administration Building. This position assists members by phone with account related concerns, inquiries, and questions. Performs basic transactions, troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering excellent member service. Provides guidance for products and services to promote the improvement of our members' lives through financial well-being.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Previous financial institution experience preferred.
- Previous Symitar experience preferred.
- Basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles.
- Ability to communicate verbally.
- Ability to communicate in writing.
- Knowledge of basic computer software products.
- Ability to problem solve and think critically.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
