What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a busy Nissan service department.
- Dispatch work to technicians efficiently based on skill level and shop flow.
- Assist with diagnostics and high-level troubleshooting
- Support and mentor technicians—helping grow the next generation of Nissan Master Techs.
- Ensure every repair meets manufacturer standards and quality expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to deliver seamless customer service.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or foreman role.
- Deep knowledge of Nissan platforms, diagnostics, and technology (including Consult III ).
- Ability to multitask, lead by example, and maintain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
