We're looking for a Nissan Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our service team, ensure top-quality repairs, and help drive an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations in a busy Nissan service department.
• Dispatch work to technicians efficiently based on skill level and shop flow.
• Assist with diagnostics and high-level troubleshooting, especially with Nissan-specific systems.
• Support and mentor technicians—helping grow the next generation of Nissan Master Techs.
• Ensure every repair meets manufacturer standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to deliver seamless customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Nissan Certified Technician or Master Tech credentials strongly preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or foreman role.
• Deep knowledge of Nissan platforms, diagnostics, and technology (including Consult III ).
• Ability to multitask, lead by example, and maintain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
