Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Summary:
As the Receptionist with the O’Brien Auto Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—both in person and over the phone. You’ll help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere while supporting day-to-day office operations. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth customer experience and keeping the dealership running efficiently.
- Greet every guest warmly, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy; provide basic information as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and customer waiting area.
- Follow dealership security and visitor check-in protocols.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Work closely with the office and sales teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations relevant to vehicle sales and finance.
- Uphold company policies, including the NADA Code of Ethics and O’Brien Auto Team Code of Conduct.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree is a plus.
- Prior receptionist or office experience preferred—automotive or accounting experience is a bonus!
- Office setting with occasional changes in temperature.
- Regular sitting, standing, walking, talking, and use of hands.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Clear and professional communication via phone and in person.
- Consistent, on-time attendance is a must.
