Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Marketing: Partner with cross-functional teams (product marketing, demand gen, sales, and customer success) to ensure campaigns align with broader organizational goals and customer insights.
- Customer Voice: Advocate for our customers by bringing their feedback and needs into our marketing strategies, ensuring all campaigns reflect their priorities and values
- Client Engagement: Create opportunities for deeper client relationships through and thoughtful communication touchpoints at key moments throughout the customer lifecycle
- Advocacy Programs: Drive customer advocacy by managing referral and testimonial programs, nurturing brand ambassadors, and spotlighting customer success stories
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design, manage, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients, showcasing the value/impact of our products and services
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute client-focused events, including things like webinars, roundtables, workshops and other in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact
- Metrics & Insights: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
