Job Description:
- Deliver engaging theology lessons aligned with the Catholic doctrine, foster faith formation, and accompany students in their spiritual growth
- Build rapport with students, encourage faith exploration, and address individual learning needs with varied instructional methods and relevant technology
- Work with campus ministry, chaplain, and other staff to integrate faith across the school community while providing leadership in faith development
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments
- Uphold confidentiality, participate in school events, attend meetings and conferences, and care for classroom materials and school property
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Theology from an accredited institution

- Knowledge of relevant technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Self-motivated with high energy
- Catholic in good standing with the ability to be the spiritual leader of a Bishop O†Gorman Catholic School
