Director of Project Management
Position:
O'Keefe Millwork is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Project Management team. As Director, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our business leaders to drive process improvement efforts and growth strategies that align with our overall organizational goals. This position will be instrumental in shaping our project management team by fostering employee engagement and driving employee performance to ensure project success.

O'Keefe Millwork takes pride in being an industry leader, offering custom architectural millwork for the commercial construction industry nationwide. For more than 40 years, O'Keefe has been renowned for manufacturing high-end custom products for the hospitality, education, healthcare, and retail markets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Lead and supervise a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing commercial finish carpentry projects.
- Innovative and driven to lead continuous improvement efforts
- Proven leadership ability resulting in high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
- Experience using Bluebeam and reading architectural drawings
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, business management or engineering
- Financial background with experience creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
