Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a High Volume of Calls: Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Assist and Serve Customers: Process new sales leads, schedule appointments, and provide clear answers to customer questions.
• Build Relationships: Create lasting, positive relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer concerns quickly, offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction with follow-ups.
• Accurate Data Entry: Record customer information accurately and assist with necessary reporting.
• Communication Compliance: Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with the Team: Support special projects and always go the extra mile to engage customers and help the team succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2 years of call center experience.

                    2 years customer service experience.

* Inside Sales experience a plus.

* Multilingual a plus

• Skills: Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone voice. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Availability: Full-time availability
• Other Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to our Norwood location
• Ability to pass a background check
