We’re seeking a motivated Sales Manager and Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing sales team, drive business growth, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You’ll also be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market, staffing and directing a sales team, and providing leadership toward achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and core values. Additionally, you’ll establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for our sales team members. Key Responsibilities:
· Build and Lead a Strong Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team with an atmosphere of friendly competition and collaboration.
· Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute a business plan to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
· Provide Ongoing Training and Development: Ensure sales personnel are continuously trained in effective selling systems, industry knowledge, and technology-based tools like CRM databases and digital presentations.
· Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with team members to provide feedback, address training needs, and improve performance.
· Drive Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
· Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop tools and campaigns that maximize sales impact.
· Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company’s philosophy of “Quality Without Compromise.”
· Promote Cutting-Edge Solutions: Promote Cutting-Edge Solutions: Drive sales of our full product and service line, including high-performance roofing systems, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions, and exclusive offerings as an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor partner.
What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience:
· 3 Years of Sales Experience: in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within the home improvement industry.
· Experience Managing a Sales Team: with a proven ability to lead and develop a team of sales professionals.
Skills:
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
· Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology-based sales tools.
· Ability to motivate and build a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
· Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to pass a background check.
