You will gain knowlege of dozens of treatments including implant placement and restoration, CAD-CAM scanning, Invisalign, bone grafting, and cosmetic dentistry. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience regarding insurance benefits, treatment planning, and financing options for our patients.
We have an immediate opening for a Front Desk Patient Coordinator. You will work alongside our team and be responsible for the following:
- Help to provide answers to our patients through clear and knowledgeable communication
- Introduce new patients to the practice
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits
- Financially prepare patients for their appointments
- Schedule according to daily and monthly production goals
- Primarily responsible for keeping the hygiene schedule full
- Ensure each day’s schedule is optimal and efficient
- Assist in patient education regarding oral hygiene and dental concerns
- Present treatment plans to patients and their families
- Troubleshoot IT and any computer or equipment malfunction
- Participate in required training sessions, attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies
As the front desk patient coordinator, you are the first responder for all our patients - old and new -whether on the phone or in person. We are looking for an energetic, friendly personality who is detail-oriented. First impressions make all the difference, and you are an integral part of starting things off right for our patients!
