Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales.
- Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders.
- Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
- Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
- Quality Responsibility: Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
