O'Neill Healthcare Lakewood is hiring an HR/Payroll Coordinator
This position will be responsible for all HR/Payroll functions for around 130 employees in long-term care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of payroll for all employees including all related documents such as time cards, raise slips, tax forms, and various deductions.
- Administer FMLA and LOA leaves.
- Processing and Interviewing Applicants.
- Address employee relation concerns.
- Processing paperwork relating to various employee welfare and benefit programs such as Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, General Assistance, Child Support Bureau, and Garnishments.
- Process and balance all HR and Benefit invoices.
- General typing and correspondence.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Must project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff in a positive manner.
- Other duties as requested by the Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Previous payroll or HR experience.
- Positive ability to work with the public, flexibility, and adaptability to busy office environment.
- Pleasant telephone skills.
- Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm or better.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to uphold policy.
