As the Co-Manager, you are the driver of the business. You have a strong selling and business focus to lead your team. You are passionate about training and creating a strong team through coaching. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You have a passion for driving results: As a Store Manager, you're an expert at driving sales by maximizing productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience. You are business minded and can creating your store business plan and insure store is meeting its KPI goals.
- You’re always thinking of ways to excel: Since your running the whole show, you are analyzing your reporting and daily sales trends to leverage your business to ensure the store reaches its financial goals.
- You're a people leader: You're passionate about recruiting, hiring and retaining a high-performing team. You're an advocate for your team's development, you encourage your team to pursue internal opportunities, and you always have a succession plan in place to ensure a clear career path for all associates. You take pride in developing store leadership through leadership development training, performance feedback, individual development plans and annual performance reviews.
- You've got a love of training: You take pride in training and developing associates to ensure they continue to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.

YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

- You've led teams in a Retail Store Management previously (2-3 years)
- You are business savvy and know how to handle business situations
- You understand how to analyze reporting to drive sales.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to work a sales floor and stockroom
The pay range for this role is between $26.00-$30.00 per hour, non-exempt, based on experience.
