Job Description:
The Service Specialist Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in various areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role assumes shift management responsibilities when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
- Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor
- Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders and DC add orders
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently
- Process customer returns and exchanges
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Able to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge desired
- ASE Certification a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages highly desired
