ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work various weekend and weekday hours
Answer telephone and assist store personnel and jobbers with merchandise questions and parts look up
Read and comprehend various technical books and paperwork
Use internal and online resources to assist stores and jobbers
Maintain good team member relations.
Answer inbound calls from the field and internal departments for translation assistance, bilingual English/Spanish.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent
Good communication and Customer Service skills
PC skills
Working knowledge of auto parts and/or automotive repair
Bilingual, English/Spanish
DESIRED
General knowledge in the Automotive Aftermarket parts retail market
General knowledge in the Heavy Duty, Agriculture, Marine parts field
Bilingual speaking capabilities a plus
