Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Kitchen Supervisor position at the Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown.
The Kitchen Supervisor will lead and mentor kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluations.
They will collaborate on budgeting, menu planning, and inventory management, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee cooking operations, enforce recipe adherence, schedule equipment maintenance, and manage inventory levels.
They will also support team recognition programs and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in restaurant operations, including food prep, purchasing, and sanitation
Education/Experience
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume kitchen operations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform various physical activities
Hours
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
