Now Hiring : Kitchen Supervisor
Location : Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown
Essential Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluations.Collaborate on budgeting, menu planning, and inventory management.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.Oversee cooking operations and enforce recipe adherence.Schedule equipment maintenance and manage inventory levels.Support team recognition programs and maintain a positive work environment.Skills & Abilities :
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in restaurant operations, including food prep, purchasing, and sanitation.Education / Experience :
Associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred.2-3 years of experience in high-volume kitchen operations.Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.Hours :
