As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, customer relationships, providing parts to technicians and other retail/wholesale businesses.WOULD YOU BE A GREAT PARTS MANAGER?To excel in the role, candidate must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years in parts management experience at a franchised dealership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Great follow-through and a commitment to quality and service.
- Respond to phone calls, provide price quotes, and address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with demand.
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts along with keeping obsolescence in line.
- Experience in software. Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus.
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable safe driving record
