- Communicate with parents daily
- Assist with the hiring of all staff
- Staffing of facility
- Uphold licensing requirements
- Support the director/facility manager
- Staff training and conflict resolution
- Parent meetings
- Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
- Maintain center enrollment
- Have fun!
- CDA, Associates Degree, or higher
- Active Director Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
- Management experience
- Free preschool or afterschool tuition for 3 children (80% off each additional) for full-time employees
