Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide training for O2B University - some evenings and weekends each month will be required
- Meet with corporate trainer to determine training needs at each center
- Conduct initial training for new employees
- Help coach within each classroom on topics such as classroom management or classroom arrangement
- Help ensure profitability, but focusing on staff training and morale
- Ability to work with several locations and staff
- Implement O2B Education standards, as well as train and maintain licensing requirements

Requirements
- CDA or higher (preferred)
- Georgia director qualifications (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 6 weeks-13 years old
- Management experience
- Training experience
- 80% off of preschool or afterschool tuition for 2 children (50% off each additional) for full-time employees
