Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in interaction and visual design, particularly for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a user-first mindset, a deep understanding of UX principles, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, intuitive digital experiences.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to design experiences that align with business goals and user needs. The role demands strong communication skills, collaboration, and a passion for design excellence.
Experience Required:
- 10 years of professional experience in UX and Interaction Design
- Prior experience in the insurance domain is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define user needs and translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Design user experiences from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mockups
- Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Stay current on UX/UI trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
- Create prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Work in an Agile delivery environment to iterate quickly and efficiently
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive
