Job Title: Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team of award-winning chefs and dining management talent. Our ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fine dining, culinary creativity, and hospitality expertise.
About the Role:
- Purposefully design and implement Signature Menu Dining Programs that showcase our innovative from-scratch cooking and chef-inspired culinary creations.
- Lead by example, providing direct supervision of food production staff and utility staff where applicable, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met within budgetary parameters.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation, compliance with federal and state regulations, and perform monthly internal sanitation audits.
- Partner with Unit Manager to resolve issues related to food production, preparation, and presentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents through dining room visits and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Chef experience.
- Fine dining experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ala carte and catering trends, with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and food presentation.
- Good understanding of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
