**Overview of the Executive Chef Role**
As an Executive Chef at Oak Crest Village, you'll be responsible for leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You'll oversee food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation, ensuring efficiency and quality within budgetary parameters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of food production, sanitation, and supervision of food production staff.
- Implement and maintain core menus and recipe management system.
- Partner with Unit Manager to resolve issues with food production and presentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents through dining room visits and meetings.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
- Fine dining experience a plus.
- Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, and food presentation.
- Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems.
