- Lead a team of food production staff.
- Implement and maintain core menus and recipe management system.
- Ensure kitchen/equipment sanitation and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
- Fine dining experience a plus.
- Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, and food presentation.
- Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems.
