Seeking a Front Desk Rock Star for our unique, NOT A SOUL-LESS DSO, Dental Office! We are busy! If you have some experience in this field, are kind and have high emotional intelligence, enjoy being part of a team, are great with people, like having fun at work, and want your work day to go by quickly—you might be the right fit here. This is an outstanding PPO dental practice with two General Dentists focused on compassion for patients and successful outcomes. Our work spans from basic hygiene and fillings, to the advanced such as Cosmetics, Implants, All-On-X, and Invisalign. This is also a part oral surgery practice with an Oral Surgeon Associate focused on all phases of dental implant placement and wisdom tooth with sedation. We are mostly digital too. We offer a competitive hourly rate, based on experience, and, upon qualification, Healthcare Coverage, 401(k) and PTO. This position has a broad range of responsibilities, but will require the following:
-Two or More Years of Dental Office Experience. We are serious about this. If you have never worked the front desk in a dental office, or it has been awhile since you have done so, please do not apply.
-Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed.
-Answer the telephone.
-Schedule appointments.
-Communicate with patients regarding scheduling options.
-Maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow.
-Manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to meet the practice production and collection goals.
-Compile data and operate office equipment to maintain business records and reports.
-Knowledge of Billing Process and Dental Procedures.
-Patient Billing Protocols Experience.
-Experienced with Insurance Verification.
-Experience with Dentrix.
-Ability to thrive in a busy environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
