We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Event Concierge to join our team at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through flawless event execution, ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision and care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a fun-filled and entertaining environment that exceeds guest expectations.
- Uphold the highest standards of service excellence while coaching and holding colleagues accountable.
- Maintain the safety and security of employees and guests.
- Set up and execute banquet spaces, including table settings, buffet displays, and bars, following established protocols.
- Clean and maintain banquet spaces after events.
- Coordinate with F&B and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
