Housekeeper Position Summary
Our Housekeeping department is an essential part of our community, providing the best life and care for our residents. This position carries the responsibility of maintaining a clean environment with a special focus on proper infection control practices. Housekeepers are responsible to maintain the cleanliness of all areas within our community, including resident villas, apartments and rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and dining areas. Our Housekeeping team strives to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of our residents.
Housekeeper Job Qualifications and Requirements
High Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to read and understand printed instructions for the use of chemicals and cleaning agents
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members
Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population
All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
